In touch 2: Application
The simplified in.touch 2 iOS or Android app makes it easy to control and program your spa's functions and features from any smartphone or tablet, even away from home. Push notifications will always inform you of the spa's status, even when the app is not open.

Frequently asked questions
My electronic pack doesn't work, what can I do? (spa)
If your electronics pack stops working completely, it is essential to have the 3 fuses checked/tested. If the problem persists, please contact us. If the circuit breaker closes automatically, please call an electrician to disconnect the heater from the electronics pack.
Why can't I fill the water pump?
If your pump is not completely filled with water, you first need to test all the rings (lid ring, center ring of your pump, ring at the outlet of your pump (black and white). In addition, your transparent cover may not be properly positioned. You can refer to the owner's guide (p.11), to make sure you're following the correct instructions for positioning the rubber seal.
Why won't my water heater keep the heat out of my spa?
If your water heater doesn't keep its heat, check that your cover is properly positioned. Then go directly to your Gecko pack to find the link that will explain your problem in more detail.
How much electricity does the termopump cost me?
Although electricity costs vary from place to place, you can count on an average increase of 110$ per month for your heat pump.
How much can an in-ground spa cost per year?
An Aqua Fibre Innovation in-ground spa costs around 1100 $ per year, depending on the model you choose.
