If your electronics pack stops working completely, it is essential to have the 3 fuses checked/tested. If the problem persists, please contact us. If the circuit breaker closes automatically, please call an electrician to disconnect the heater from the electronics pack.

If your pump is not completely filled with water, you first need to test all the rings (lid ring, center ring of your pump, ring at the outlet of your pump (black and white). In addition, your transparent cover may not be properly positioned. You can refer to the owner's guide (p.11), to make sure you're following the correct instructions for positioning the rubber seal.

If your hull is turning a rusty color, your PH may be too high. To restore your hull's PH, follow these steps: Stop the water pump Add 3kg of -PH for 24 hours Switch on the water pump Wash the hull with Stain Erase Voilà! Your pool will be as good as new.
